Hillsdale at College Park residential project in Chino from 2014 utilized overhead spray heads in turf areas and low-flow bubblers in tree and shrub areas for all the common area irrigation. Note the coding of the size for pipe and wire sleeves in the sleeve symbols on the plan and in the legend. At Water Right Design, we do not leave the sizing of sleeves up to the contractor using an arbitrary sleeving schedule. We call out the proper size for all the sleeves on our plans to insure they are optimized for the size of the water lines or number of control wires going through them.
